Hi! Welcome, friends! I am a Columbus, Ohio photographer that specializes in weddings in Ohio as well as destination weddings or fun elopements and proposals! I help clients have fun and enjoy the wedding experience while creating emotion filled reminders of special moments that they can share.
I am a momma of 4 amazing kiddos; Jackson(13), Lucas(12), Amanda(10), and Michael(8). We have 3 cats; Charlie, Pumbaa, and Timon. We also have 2 dogs; Griffin and Amelia. <3
Capturing love and relationships is my passion. I love the emotion an image can reflect and I love getting to experience clients seeing their photos and remembering those feelings.

So, where do I start? When I was a kiddo, I loved taking photos! I had an old purple 110 camera. The best gift my parents could get me, and the easiest way to motivate me, was more film and a trip to get it developed. Oh, the suspense of waiting to see your photos printed was exciting!
The love I had for photography didn't go far for a while after that. I was WAY too shy to pursue taking photos of more than my stuffed animals and family.
Several years later when I had my kiddos, I picked it back up. I had joined an online group that used photoshop to make something we called siggies to be added to the ends of emails and used in chat boards. This pushed me to learn more about photoshop and want better photos.
I picked up our camera and dove into learning everything from the university of Google to take good photographs.

I started in newborn photography. Workshops were where I picked up tricks to use artificial lighting and get a baby to stay sleeping while posing. I loved getting to be hold newborns, but as time went on, I realized it wasn't my passion.
A couple years later, I was going through my divorce. Life was overwhelming and I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue photography at all. Then I met a photographer at a new church I was attending. We became good friends and she invited me along to a wedding to see if I would enjoy photographing it. Well, I DID!
It was AMAZING!
Do you have any idea how beautiful it is to witness couples in love?!?!? And not just the couples, but their families too. It's truly inspiring and I loved getting to be a part of their special day!
